At Ryderwear, we stand behind our performance apparel like we stand behind your lifts. If your gear doesn’t meet your training standards, we’ll make it right. This policy outlines our reinforced return and exchange process for athletes worldwide.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and performance integrity, these items cannot be returned:

  • Lifting Belts & Straps (personal protective equipment)
  • Shakers & Bottles (hygiene products)
  • Sports Bras (intimate apparel)
  • Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear

3. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our Phoenix-based team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely with original tags and include:

  • Completed return form (emailed with authorization)
  • Original receipt/packing slip

Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation when complete.

4. REFUND TIMELINE & METHODS

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CASES

Wrong Items Received: We’ll cover return shipping and send correct items immediately.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the US:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
