We offer two shipping options to get your performance gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote regions).

2. Returns & Exchanges

At Ryderwear, we stand behind our performance apparel like we stand behind your lifts. If your gear doesn’t meet your training standards, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and performance integrity, we cannot accept returns for:
    • Lifting Belts & Straps (personal protective equipment)
    • Shakers & Bottles (hygiene products)
    • Sports Bras (intimate apparel)
    • Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear

  2. Receive Authorization
    Our Phoenix-based team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with:
    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions
    • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package items securely with original tags and include:
    • Completed return form (emailed with authorization)
    • Original receipt/packing slip
    International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees and use trackable shipping (DHL/FedEx recommended).
  4. Processing
    Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation when complete.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days after processing. You’ll receive tracking information via email.
